And the main shaft adopts fine sealing to prevent material leakage.Different models for options: SJSZ51/105, SJSZ65/132, SJSZ80/156 and SJSZ92/188.High quality electrical components, like Siemens, Omron, Fuji, Delta, etc.Alloy screw & barrel, which guarantee high quality and stable output.Equipped with high qualty gearbox and distributor.Extruder control by PLC screen touch is available as well; PLC screen touch is from Siemens (customized).GF series Vacuum calibration Tank, SUS304 with spraying painting or pure SUS304 body is for option.Available sizes for different pipe diameters from 16mm upto 800mm.Equipped with famous and high-quality vacuum pump and water pump with overload protection; water temperature auto controlling.4/6/8/10/12 cooling tubes installed inside of the Tank, with ABS sprayers.5meters, 6meters, 9meters and other lengths for option, according to different pipe pressure requirements.For different pipe diameters, we offer the suitable Haul off unit, like Double claw, Four-claw, three claw, four claw, six claw, eight claw, etc.Machine speed control is with ABB Inverter.Machine is controlled together with Vacuum calibration Tank and Cutter.Normal Knife-lifting Cutter and Planetary Cutter are available for small and large pipe diameters.Both types of cutters are equipped with dust collector.
